Bridger Fire personnel are all trained to agency standards meeting or exceeding all requirements of the NWCG. In addition to meeting classroom and field instruction requirements, every employee must pass the pack test at the arduous level before being dispatched to a wildland fire incident. Detailed training and experience records are kept at our field offices and are available for agency inspection. In addition to other agency experience, many of our crew members are volunteer firefighters and bring a wealth of experience in structure fire fighting. Bridger Fire crews are cognizant of their responsibilities to our customers. They are expected not only to work hard for every paid hour, but to do so cheerfully. When not in their Nomex fire line apparel, our personnel wear company uniforms. Bridger Fire is a well disciplined, hardworking, professional organization that can accomplish just about any task and then beg for more!
