Training classes may also include management techniques, administration, communications and related topics. Bridger Fire is interested in providing additional training classes to those customers who may require a specialized program to meet their individual needs. The opportunity to provide on site training classes for a customer is also available. Bridger Fire Inc. operates a training program under a Memorandum of Understanding with the Northern Rockies Coordinating Group which sanctions private companies training of individuals in wildland and prescribed fire. This agreement allows us to provide training that meets NWCG standards contained in the Wildland and Prescribed Fire Qualifications System Guide 310-1. The MOU allows us to provide training of NWCG courses and issue NWCG Certificates. Scheduling The Training Schedule will be posted and released through our advertising media and our web site (www.bridgerfire.com) no later than November 1st. This schedule will be a tentative one that may fluctuate with the company’s priorities and our customers’ training needs. If additional courses are needed the Training Officer will submit a notification to the NRCG for approval prior to scheduling the courses. Attendance Bridger Fire Inc.’s classes are open to anyone who applies
and meets all the prerequisites (if any) that may apply to a course Cancellation Bridger Fire Inc. reserves the right to cancel courses at any time
and for any reason. Cancellation of courses for reasons beyond the
control of Bridger Fire will result in a 100% refund of any fees
paid. Cancellation due to a smaller class size than is required
will result in a 100% refund as well. Documentation Students will receive a standard NWCG Diploma following completion of the course with passing grade. Task Books will be filled out for all tasks that can be completed in class for those students who bring properly activated Task Books to the first day of class. |
